Job descriptionOversee the Centres daily operations including student services and logistics. Supervise Student Coordinators Operations Executives accountants and Office Admins. Manage CBE operations and report monthly to HQ. Ensure student onboarding and registration processes are executed efficiently. Maintain student satisfaction and resolve operational issues promptly. Oversee bus transportation facilities for students and staff. Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the Centre. Ensure proper coordination of psychology counselling services at the campus. Maintain reception activities to ensure smooth front-office operations. Work closely with mentors and faculties for academic program execution based on the allocation Ensure timely fee collection petty cash management and budget allocation using the branch accountant. Ensure offline student recording access and facilitate result services and analysis
