Experience : Minimum 5 years in Centre Management Sales / Marketing Team Handling preferably in the IT training industry

Qualification : B Tech / M Tech / MBA / BCA

Salary : 50KIncentive

Responsibilities :

• Achieve center sales targets and manage the sales team.
• Plan and implement sales strategies; handle customer escalations.
• Source data from institutions and conduct competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with the marketing team; execute local campaigns
• Monitor team performance and address training needs.
• Maintain positive work culture and resolve grievances.
• Support recruitment and resource planning.
