Role and Responsibilities :

The role requires one to assist the professors and

Manage class scheduling and logistics.

Serve as the primary point of contact for students and faculty regarding academic matters.

Oversee day-to-day operations within the academic department ensuring efficiency and

adherence to established protocols.

Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization and cost-efficiency.

Work on improving daily processes by monitoring processes on the ground.

Ensuring the faculty is delivering the content as per the companys standards.

Responsible for aligning academic standards curriculums and teaching methodologies.

Collaborate with academic leadership faculty members and other stakeholders to develop and

implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall academic experience.
