About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and academically strong Academic Mentor (CMA) to guide and support students pursuing the Cost and Management Accounting program. The mentor will play a key role in student engagement, academic monitoring, and faculty coordination to ensure an effective and motivating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor students enrolled in the CMA program and track their academic progress.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and counseling sessions to ensure students stay motivated and on track.
• Guide students in study techniques, time management, and exam preparation strategies.
• Monitor student attendance and participation in engagement and academic activities.
• Assist in preparing question papers, PPTs, and other academic materials.
• Coordinate with faculty to collect and organize study materials, ensuring timely submission.
• Support faculty in implementing academic initiatives and assessments.
• Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions to resolve academic challenges or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and updated student records and progress reports.
• Collaborate with content creation teams to ensure conceptual accuracy in academic materials.
• Research academic issues faced by students and faculty and propose effective solutions.
• Handle multiple academic and administrative tasks efficiently within deadlines.
