• Manage full-cycle recruitment across IT, non-IT, and niche roles
• Mentor and scale high-performing recruitment teams
• Drive client satisfaction, SLA adherence, and strategic account growth
• Standardize workflows, optimize metrics, and implement automation
• Leverage ATS / CRM platforms and analytics for data-driven decisions

🔹 Ideal Profile

experience with Captives / GCCs preferred

6–8 years managing managers / leads
