Technical Writer

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for client products, services, or processes. This includes manuals, help guides, technical specifications, and online resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API references, and FAQs
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather and clarify information
• Organize and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Update existing documentation based on product updates and user feedback
• Adhere to style guides and document standards
• Manage documentation projects and timelines as needed
