What You’ll Do

Project Leadership & Execution

Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable, robust software solutions.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.

Manage project progress, identify risks early, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

Serve as a technical mentor and escalation point for your team, promoting engineering best practices such as clean code, thorough testing, and continuous integration.

Drive innovation by staying current with emerging technologies and integrating them into the team’s workflow.

Conduct regular code reviews and architecture discussions to uphold technical excellence.

Team Development & Culture

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.

Proven ability to lead complex software projects from conception to delivery on time and within scope.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software engineering best practices.

Hands-on experience with relevant programming languages and frameworks aligned with the Yodaplus tech stack (React, Python, AWS, etc.).

Experience with CI / CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and modern DevOps practices.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
