Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Farmer Producer Organization (FPO)

About the Role :

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and mission-driven CEO to lead our Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) in Ramanujnagar, Surajpur. This is a critical leadership position responsible for transforming our FPO into a financially sustainable and impactful organization dedicated to maximizing farmer income through effective business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Growth : Develop and execute the annual business plan, focusing on value chain development (input, aggregation, marketing).
• Business Development : Establish and manage profitable market linkages for Agri and Allied products .
• Operations & Finance : Oversee daily operations, ensure legal / statutory compliance, manage budgets, and successfully mobilize grants / schemes (e.g., NABARD, AIF).
• Farmer Engagement : Drive farmer participation, maintain transparency, and act as the key liaison with the Board, farmers, and government stakeholders.
