- Translated executive or founder vision into multi-stream roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Operated at the system and portfolio level, not the feature or project level.
- Managed other Product Manager’s or cross-functional leads (not just engineers / designers).
- Built processes, defined product ops, and ensured alignment across UX, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Embedded metrics, experimentation, and measurement loops into the team’s operating system.
- Communicated with executive clarity using data-backed insights.
- Navigated Founder or C-suite personalities while holding the line on priorities.
- Drove orchestration and alignment — not micromanagement.
- Written and spoken with executive brevity — distilled complexity into clarity for leadership.
- Comfortable with storytelling, board-level reporting, and driving buy-in across functions.
- Understands social-tech context and value system (collaborative, thoughtful, non-ego-driven).
- Values empathy, systems thinking, and inclusive leadership.
- Ideally associated with a Series B to Series D Product Startup with 1 Million Users.
