Key Responsibilities
Support and track in planning, mitigating risks and executing development and production for EV components.
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth program execution.
Monitor and track progress of R&D and pilot production projects, maintaining documentation and status reports.
Facilitate internal meetings and provide updates on deliverables, risks, and bottlenecks.
Support customer management, including any documentation exchange and milestone tracking.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory / compliance requirements related to EV parts.
Education
○ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Electrical, Electronics, or related fields).
2. Experience :
○ Candidates with up to 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales, technical
support, or related roles.
Skills
○ Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical
and non-technical stakeholders.
○ Aptitude for learning quickly and adapting to new challenges.
