Job Purpose : Experience
- Handling / Attending telephone calls & take messages.
- Maintain all correspondence of CEO office
- Maintain all general files & data regularly.
- Making schedules / appointments & take care of all appointments.
- Prepare task Plan and keeping track of appointments
- Prepare Agenda & Minutes of meetings of every meeting
- Make travel arrangements ( tickets booking, hotel bookings & itinerary design
etc)
Communication and Regular follow up with all the verticals regarding targetsand achievements.
Ensure CEO desk & chamber should be organized and clean.All administration activities and day to day work.Any Graduate / Post Graduate with excellent communication skills with high level of
proficiency in computer. He / she should be able to perform under pressure and
flexible with work timings.
Experience : 1 to 3 years (preferred) in the similar role.
Knowledge :
Good knowledge of database managementExcellent knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word, & Powerpoint)Interpersonal Skills :
Good in Interpersonal relationshipEffective in verbal and listening communications skillsOffice Management Skills
