Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Executive / Inside Sales Executive to join our Noida office. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in driving client engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international exposure in the K–12 publishing and EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research, identify, and generate new business leads in the K–12 publishing and EdTech sector.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and updated information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Support in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Meet weekly / monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (from a reputed university).
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in publishing services / EdTech / K–12 domain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with international clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
