Key Responsibilities :
Franchisee & Partner Acquisition :
- Acquire potential new Sub-brokers / Partners for Mutual Fund (SB & IFA).
- Ensure 90% of Sub-brokers (SB & IFA) are active every month.
- Work on inactive Sub-brokers to make them active.
Sales & Revenue Management :
Deliver Mutual Fund (SIP & Lump-sum) and Insurance (LI, GI & HI) targets.Manage 90% of SIP Registered to Triggered ratio.Service & Relationship Management :
Ensure 100% service delivery to assigned partners.Conduct SB engagement programs every month.Advise Sub-broker clients on investment ideas based on risk profile, return expectation, asset allocation, and liquidity needs.Who You Are :
Candidate with experience from Broking industry.Strong communication and convincing skills.Outgoing personality; confident when interacting with senior stakeholders.Target-oriented and results-driven.Willing to take initiative and think creatively.Skills Required
