Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
- Engage with HNI clients to understand and address their investment requirements.
- Offer a comprehensive range of investment products including Debt, Structured Products, Equities, Mutual Funds, Fund-based Real Estate, and other suitable options.
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNI clients.
- Profile clients and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
- Deepen client relationships through cross-selling of financial products and services.
- Enhance and retain client profitability by increasing wallet share.
- Ensure portfolio profitability by generating high income per client.
- Acquire new clients through referrals and active networking to contribute to business growth.
Marketing and Business Development :
Support the development and implementation of marketing plans for new client acquisition in corporate and B2C / B2B segments.Execute micro-events and initiatives for client acquisition in collaboration with the Head RM.Work closely with internal teams including research, investment, and compliance to deliver accurate and compliant investment solutions.Financial and Product Expertise :
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting clients' financial positions.Ensure profitability of assigned portfolios through strategic investment recommendations.Skills Required
