Role Summary : We are looking for an experienced BPM Architect with strong Java / Python hands-on experience who is eager to transition into Appian BPM . This is a great opportunity for a technology leader to combine their software engineering expertise with modern BPM / low-code automation.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement end-to-end BPM solutions using Appian (training will be provided if needed).
• Lead solution design, architecture, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Work with business stakeholders to define workflows and process automation.
• Guide and mentor development teams in adopting BPM best practices.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure BPM applications.
