Location : Chennai (Hybrid)

Immediate Joiners Only

We are seeking a Senior Developer with a strong background in software engineering, AI / ML, and GenAI / LLMs to build intelligent, self-directed agentic systems. The role involves working closely with architects, contributing to design discussions, and leading AI-driven development Job Functions :

Collaborate with Tech Owners / Architects / external teams on architecture and tech stack.

Evaluate multiple approaches and document pros & cons.

Research and contribute to new technology stack discussions.

Document integration requirements, best practices, and key architectural decisions.

Set up infrastructure with operations based on best practices.

Build and deploy custom MCP (Model Context Protocol).

Lead BOT development and integrations.

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Investigate and resolve production issues in a fast-paced & Skills :

Strong experience in Python, Java, and AI / ML libraries.

Hands-on expertise with GenAI, LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, AgenticAI (or similar frameworks).

Cloud-native development experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.

Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.

Knowledge of NoSQL (CosmosDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Experience with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Skilled in custom MCP server setup with tools / functions.

Experience with Databricks / Jupyter Notebooks.

Web development knowledge in Node.js, React (Angular / Vue.js is a plus).

Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and mentoring Responsibilities :

Document and maintain project artifacts.

Stay updated on industry standards, methodologies, and compliance.

Safeguard company assets and follow security practices.

Maintain focus on customer-service, efficiency, quality, and growth.

Collaborate with teams and take on additional duties as assigned.
