Achieve assigned sales and business development targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and develop strategies to increase the customer base.
Cross-sell bank products by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and business activities in the bank's system.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines during customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, credit, relationship managers) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Participate in promotional activities, customer meetings, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
