Key Responsibilities :
Content Optimization & Operations
- Assist with publishing and editing articles in the Media section.
- Conduct content audits across digital channels and implement suggested updates.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing Team in New Jersey for global alignment.
Social Media & Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Schedule and post content across multiple social media platforms as per corporate guidelines.Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.Monitor social media analytics, performance, and competitor activities.Support ORM activities by tracking and responding to online reviews.SEO Support
Perform basic keyword research and optimize on-page / off-page content.Build internal backlinks and maintain the Media Section's structure.Email Marketing
Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to design and execute email campaigns.Audit subscriber lists, segment audiences, and monitor campaign metrics.Identify and correct deviations to ensure compliance with branding guidelines.Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect and analyze data from digital tools and CRM systems.Prepare performance reports for digital campaigns and key metrics.General Administrative Tasks
Maintain the digital marketing asset library.Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.Skills Required
