Job Description :
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan , launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta platforms, and YouTube. Create and manage targeted lead generation campaigns for ERP, AI, and Cybersecurity offerings. Develop retargeting, look-alike, and email nurture campaigns to convert leads.
2. SEO & AI Search Optimization Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic ranking on Google and Bing. Optimize content for emerging AI search and GPT-based platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) - ensuring Sailotech appears in AI-driven summaries and conversational answers. Perform keyword research, schema optimization, and content structuring to increase discoverability. Track performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and AI search monitoring tools.
3. Social Media Management Manage and grow Sailotech's presence on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, and Facebook. Create high-impact content - thought leadership posts, infographics, case studies, and videos. Engage with community, prospects, and partners to increase followers and engagement.
4. Content Strategy & Development Collaborate with technical and design teams to produce SEO-optimized blogs, service pages, press releases, and whitepapers. Ensure content aligns with Sailotech's voice, brand guidelines, and value proposition. Curate content that resonates with B2B decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, etc.).
5. Analytics, Reporting & ROI Measure and report campaign performance (traffic, leads, conversion, ROI). Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Tag Manager for detailed tracking. Identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversions.
6. Email & Marketing Automation Design and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and drip workflows for lead nurturing. Segment audiences and personalize outreach based on buyer journey stages.
7. Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with Sales, Cybersecurity, and ERP teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Research and integrate AI tools and GPT-based marketing automation for smarter campaign optimization and personalized engagement.
