The Geo-MCAPS HR Consulting team is a dynamic, globally distributed organisation that partners closely with the Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) globally and all other business groups outside of the US. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR data and technology initiatives, from discovery and design through implementation and change management within our Geo-MCAPS HR Consulting organization.
• Translate complex data into compelling visualizations and narratives that influence decision-making at all levels.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools that support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational health.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and HR teams to define requirements and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Continuously assess and improve data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
