Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing client communications. This role involves developing strategies to improve client services, identifying opportunities for account growth, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams. The Account Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, resolving client issues in a timely manner, and providing regular reports on account status.
Qualifications
Experience in client relationship management, customer satisfaction, and client communications
Skills in developing account growth strategies and client service improvement
Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues promptly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the technology sector is a plus
