Job Title : Manufacturing Head

General Description :

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Manufacturing Head with 18–20 years of experience in manufacturing engineering , specializing in sheet metal , machining , composites , and assembly processes . The ideal candidate will lead the manufacturing function, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations including process planning, production, quality, and delivery.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies for sheet metal, machining, composites, and assembly.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and production schedules to meet business targets.
• Evaluate and onboard new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve technical and delivery issues.
