We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Engineering to lead the technology function for a rapidly growing operational excellence and consulting organization. He will define and drive the technology strategy, leading the development of next-generation ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM) platforms that enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation. This is a strategic leadership role for a technology professional passionate about building scalable enterprise systems, integrating emerging technologies, and transforming business operations through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead engineering, product development, and technology teams to deliver world-class ERP / SCM solutions.
• Oversee software architecture, development, and deployment ensuring scalability, reliability, and data security.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, ML, IoT, and blockchain into business solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to align technology with business priorities.
• Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the tech organization.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
