Job description12+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, handling teams, delivery and onboarding. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and job requisitions simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to take ownership, work independently, and lead small recruitment teams when needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery pipelines are strong, deadlines are met.
- Provide guidance and prioritize requirements based on client urgency and business impact.
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end interview processes with candidates and client stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison between recruitment teams, candidates, and clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring consistent delivery.
- Regularly engage with selected candidates to ensure retention and timely onboarding.
- Maintain and share reports on interview progress, onboarding status, and hiring metrics
