About the Role

We're hiring our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in India (Bangalore is preferred). This is a foundational role where you'll work directly with the founder to build our sales pipeline from the ground up, targeting the US market.

  • This is not a typical entry-level SDR job;

you'll gain immediate, hands-on experience in high-level strategy, research, and personalized outreach. For a motivated seller, this role offers an accelerated path to taking on Account Executive (AE) responsibilities and becoming a full-cycle closer. If you are driven by sales and excited to sell in the GTM space, we want to hear from you.

Core SDR Responsibilities

You will work closely with the founder and Head of Growth to execute our entire top-of-funnel strategy :

  • Targeting & Strategy : Collaborate to define and refine our focus account list and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within the US market.
  • Deep Account Research : Conduct thorough research on target companies and key buyer personas to uncover pain points and personalize every piece of outreach.
  • Expert Copywriting : Be a master of the written word. Craft and test highly personalized, compelling messaging across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest.
  • Multi-Touchpoint Campaigns : Execute and manage sophisticated, high-volume outreach campaigns to consistently generate qualified sales pipeline.
  • Sales Motivation : Be driven to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities.
  • Qualification : Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls to ensure leads are a strong fit for our solution.

  • Proactive & Independent : A self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight and is eager to take full ownership of the pipeline.
  • Experience : Previous experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role is a must.
