Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, managing 80% recruitment activities and 20%
operational tasks.
Post job openings on portals and social media, screen resumes, source profiles, andschedule interviews.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate with Hiring Managers forsubsequent rounds.
Negotiate salaries, finalize candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding, including theissuance of offer and appointment letters.
Prepare and maintain HR documentation, such as offer letters, experience letters, andincrement letters.
Manage monthly MIS reporting and analyze recruitment data to improve hiringprocesses.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, enhancing workplace culture andmotivation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill hiring requirements, maintaining opencommunication channels.
Administer payroll coordination and ensure timely, accurate salary disbursements.Conduct exit interviews, manage exit formalities, and collect valuable feedback forcontinuous improvement.
Required Skills :
Exceptional communication and email drafting skills.Proficiency in recruitment tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Zoom.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
