Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Liability Insurance Sales Executive – Medical Establishments to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare establishments to provide end-to-end property and asset insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in insurance sales and a strong understanding of institutional client management.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities within medical establishments, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers.Understand client requirements related to property, asset, and fire insurance; assess risk exposure; and recommend suitable coverage plans.Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare sector.Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to design tailored property insurance solutions.Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to policy issuance and renewals.Educate clients about insurance products, risk management practices, and claim procedures.Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining compliance with IRDAI and company standards.Stay updated on property insurance market trends, healthcare sector risks, and emerging coverage needs.Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in Property or Institutional / Commercial lines.Experience in handling clients from the healthcare or medical domain will be an added advantage.Strong understanding of insurance fundamentals, client servicing, and policy documentation.Skills Required :
Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong client relationship and networking abilities.Result-driven with a consultative approach to sales.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.Ability to manage multiple institutional clients efficiently and professionally.Location : Gurugram(On Site)
