Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Process Analyst– Insurance (Claims), you will be involved in the Processing of Life and Annuity Insurance, Claims processing. You should be flexible to work in shifts.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Handling claims investigation, processing, and payments
• Claims document validation, calculating benefit amount, and releasing same to the beneficiary
• Meet productivity and quality targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
