• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the claims database.
• Assist with bill processing, documentation production, and data entry.
• Use the Claims System for inquiries and to generate correspondence.
• Resolve routine administrative inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Proofread and edit materials to uphold accuracy, thoroughness, and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations in managing sensitive information.
