Job Description :

  • Full time job of lead generation of potential customers (across India as well as Global) and share detailed information with the Sales Team.
  • Reach out to potential leads through various channels – cold calling, e-mails, social media, networking events.
  • Schedule Sales team meetings with customers key members for our Services demonstration-Presentation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies and solutions to attract potential customers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies and ensure a consistent approach to attracting and converting leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential leads through regular follow-ups, providing relevant information, and addressing customers queries.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and quotations tailored to client needs and share with customers.
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to keep customers engaged and supported.
  • Fast Response and resolution time of customers queries / support through mails, phone calls.
  • Strong support to Sales Team and customers till customer onboard successfully.
  • Ask feedback from the customers about services and share with Project Head at a real time.
  • Real time updates and maintain all leads details with status and share leads report with Project head – PMT / CRM Tool.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Responsible for approach to potential customers through Cold Calling, emailing, Trade shows.
  • Responsible for understanding customers' needs and ensure they are good fit for the company offerings.
  • Responsible for responding to leads generated from trades hows to generate a funnel of qualified leads.
  • Responsible to maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and feedback to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team
  • Database creation through web, events reports, LinkedIn and progress.
  • Keep track of leads generated and conversion to Opportunity.
  • Assisting Direct Sales Team for Field Visitand Meetings with customers key members.
  • Toensure PMT / CR Misupdated with all leads and opportunities.
  • Responsible to maintain good relationships with customers, sales team and marketing Team.
  • Toensureaccuracytobemaintainedandachievedonquarterlyandyearlyforecasting
  • SupporttheteaminRFPresponseswithinternalcrossfunctionalcoordination
  • capturetheleadsfrommarketinginCRMandmaintaindatabaseofthesamewithQualification criteria
  • To keep track of Competitors and timely share details with Project Head.
  • Follow-up with the client for completion of process.
  • Qualification

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively demonstrate products and solutions to potential clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and work well in a team.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position the company's services effectively.
  • Proficiency in understanding and assessing client requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in pre-sales activities.
  • Deep understanding of the EMS field (Electronics Manufacturing Services) and selling services.
