Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales processes. The role requires the Sales Specialist to assess client needs, craft tailored insurance solutions, and ensure client satisfaction through consultative interactions. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in training and supporting junior sales staff to achieve individual and team goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and support junior staff
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the insurance industry
