About the Role
Weâre looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build and grow our sales pipeline. Youâll be the first point of contact for potential customersâengaging with leads, creating meaningful conversations, and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team.
What Youâll Do
- Qualify assigned leads from multiple channels (marketing campaigns, events, website, etc.) within defined SLAs.
- Personalize outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls based on lead source and persona.
- Run targeted outreach campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team and share contextual insights to support conversions.
- Provide relevant lead intel â prospect needs, pain points, and engagement history.
- Nurture prospects to maintain a strong, healthy pipeline and achieve growth targets.
What Weâre Looking For
4â8 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, or lead / demand generation .Prior experience in B2B SaaS is mandatory .Experience in HCM / HRMS domain is preferred.Strong skills in cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting booking .Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and sales engagement tools .Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
