Key Responsibilities :
Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for permanent / full-time positions with direct clients and tier-1 vendors across the US.
Work on end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from understanding client requirements, sourcing profiles, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, to closing the hire.
Utilize multiple channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and internal ATS for proactive candidate sourcing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive hiring experience.
Coordinate with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet hiring targets within defined SLAs.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers regularly.
Required Skills & Experience :
✅ 2–6 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment (full-time hiring focus).
✅ Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa Types (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, TN, etc.) .
✅ Ability to source candidates for roles such as Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Developers, QA, DevOps, Cybersecurity, ERP, etc.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
