In this role, you would be responsible for providing Recruitment and Talent Acquisition support to internal clients.

Responsibilities shall include supporting the US / Canada hiring from Offshore (India) during the EST Hours.

• Manages full recruitment life cycle
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
• Sources resumes for roles in Digital / Technology / Analytics recruitment
• Determines and evaluates applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges management / technical interviews by coordinating schedules
• Closes offers post salary negotiations and keeping in mind the budgets for the open positions
• Coordinates with onboarding team and selected candidates for successful onboarding.
