Role : Sr. US IT Recruiter

Night Shift, Hyderabad Office - Mindspace Area

Duration : Full Time

Qualifications :

• Min 3-5 years of experience in Us staffing is a must.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and technology roles.
• Maintain a 2 hours turn around time (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Prior experience working on W2 & Corp 2 Corp requirement.
• Familiarity with recruiting software and databases (e.g., ATS, Oorwin, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Make sure that the potential employees have the necessary IT skills to meet client needs.
• Screen IT experts in a very specialized manner to determine their competency.
• Responsible for sourcing the right candidate profiles through various job portals like LinkedIn Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
• Thoroughly assessing candidate’s basic skills and experience, area of interest, geographic location in the US, and visa types
