1. Building an Internal Training Hub ️

2. Partnering with Schools and Universities

The idea is to collaborate with them to find, train, and potentially recruit new talent. 3. Managing New Hires

This is all about the "Hiring & Onboarding" of DETs (likely an abbreviation for a specific type of trainee, such as a Diploma Engineer Trainee). This person will be responsible for bringing these new hires into the company and making sure their transition is smooth and effective.

4. Managing Trainee Progress

The "OJT Lifecycle management" and "Trainees Engagement" points are about overseeing the entire journey of trainees, especially during their On-the-Job Training (OJT).
