Job descriptionSource active and passive candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and social media. Screen resumes to identify relevant experience, skillsets, and cultural fit for US-based roles. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings. Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, communication abilities, work authorization, and salary expectations. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and expectations in detail. Collaborate with Account Managers or Delivery Leads to prioritize open positions. Share suitable profiles with clients and follow up for feedback. Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and employment terms with candidates (C2C, W2, or 1099). Coordinate onboarding and ensure timely joining of selected candidates. Verify work authorization (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, etc.) and maintain all required documentation. Ensure compliance with company and federal employment regulations. Bachelor's degree Effective communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Relevant experience 1+years High-energy and passion
