Healthcare Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Post jobs and source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and credentialing the candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Check credentials, licenses, and background requirements.
• Maintain a pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future needs.
• Keep records updated in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide clear communication and support to candidates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience (healthcare preferred).
• Good knowledge of healthcare roles and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
