Job description

Key Deliverables :

  • Drive NPI program performance, revenue tracking, and localization NPIs (E4E) in India-based projects.
  • Establish analytics and reporting systems to monitor engineering KPIs such as revenue, launch timeliness, and sustainability metrics.
  • Conduct Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies for products and processes, supporting environmental impact reduction initiatives.
  • Generate LCA reports in line with ISO 14040 / 14044 standards, manage environmental footprint data, and identify optimization opportunities.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into business processes and decisions.
  • Analyze manufacturing emissions and engineering data to develop lifecycle inventories.
  • Present sustainability findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for process optimization.
  • Lead and drive sustainability initiatives across the organization, focusing on Scope 3 emissions and supply chain improvements.
