Job Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant with a minimum of 10+ years of experience, specializing in the Purchasing module. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in implementation and extensive hands-on experience in supporting purchasing-related issues. This role requires a professional who is proficient in handling tickets, troubleshooting interface problems with Concur / Felix, and understanding complex organizational structures and workflows.
Key Responsibilities Support & Troubleshooting :
- Provide expert-level support for all purchasing-related incidents and tickets.
- You will be responsible for resolving issues, particularly those involving the Concur / Felix interface, and addressing problems with service receipting.
System Implementation & Configuration :
Leverage your experience from a minimum of two full-cycle SAP implementations to contribute to project delivery.You will be responsible for configuration and maintenance within the SAP MM Purchasing module.Process & Workflow Management :
Apply your knowledge of LOA (Level of Authority), PC (Purchase Contract), and PG (Purchase Group) structures to resolve issues and optimize workflows.Collaboration & Communication :
Work closely with business users and other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth operations.Required Skills & Qualifications :
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP MM, with a strong focus on the Purchasing module.Proven experience with a minimum of two full-cycle SAP implementations.Concur / Felix experience is a must.Extensive experience in supporting tickets related to purchasing and interfaces.A solid understanding of LOA, PC, and PG structures and workflows.Preferred Skills :
Experience with SAP S / 4HANA.Knowledge of integration technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, or PI / PO.Familiarity with other SAP modules, such as SD (Sales and Distribution) or WM (Warehouse Management).Knowledge of ITIL processes for service management.Relevant SAP certifications in Materials Management.(ref : hirist.tech)
