Job descriptionAct as a liaison between IT and HR to improve user experience and functionality. Support digital roadmap prioritization and stakeholder engagement. Manage risks, monitor project timelines, and apply mitigation strategies. Drive standardization across geographies and optimize global digital solutions.
Key Deliverables :
- Lead HR projects for Payroll and Time & Attendance systems with cross-functional alignment.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SaaS-based functional solutions.
- Identify process automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and governance.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure governance compliance.
