Role Overview :
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be the face of LivSYT in customer engagements,
responsible for product demonstrations, client onboarding support, and handling pre-contract
documentation. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless
transition from prospect to satisfied customer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and walkthroughs to prospective clients, showcasing platform capabilities tailored to their pain points.
- Understand client requirements and map them to LivSYT's features and modules.
- prepar technical proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses.
- Coordinate and prepare agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and other commercial / legal documentation in consultation with internal teams.
- Customize presentations and demo environments based on specific client verticals (e.g., highways, metros, residential construction).
- Support Proof-of-Concept (POC) implementations and manage client expectations during pilot phases.
- Act as a liaison between clients and product / tech teams to ensure feedback is accurately translated into enhancements or customizations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LivSYT features, industry trends, and competitors.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Post graduation or MBA in relevant field3+ years of experience in Construction-Tech environment as QS / Planning Engineer or aboveExcellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skillsAbility to grasp complex workflows and translate them into product demosMust be aware of how schedules are prepared and resources are linked with themFamiliarity with contract preparation, proposal writing, and formal documentation processesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailUnderstanding of software / product terminologies is a plusShould be flexible with Locations and comfortable with travellingWhat We Offer :
