Role Description

Role : Head of Engineering - Zenalyst.ai

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka

Compensation : Competitive + ESOPs

We are looking for a high-caliber engineering leader who will co-own the technology vision and scale Zenalyst into a global enterprise AI platform.

Core Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and scale Zenalyst’s AI + Deterministic Financial Engine

🔹 Lead architecture for data ingestion ( ERP, CRM, HRMS, S3, Databricks, OneDrive, GDrive )

🔹 Build multi-agent LLM systems for financial analysis, workflows, automations

🔹 Oversee product roadmap, DevOps, security, and performance optimization

🔹 Manage & mentor engineering team; drive hiring, reviews & engineering processes

🔹 Ensure 100% mathematical accuracy & audit reliability in AI outputs

🔹 Collaborate on R&D for Zenalyst’s AI Core : ZePolaris, ZeHelix, ZeAxiom, ZeConstellation

Skills & Experience

🔹 Experience : 5 to 11 years

🔹 Preferred Education : IIT / IIIT / BITS / Top Engineering Institutes

🔹 Must Have (Strong Hands-on) :

Java, JS, Python, FastAPI / Node, Microservices, Event-driven architecture

Data Engineering : SQL, PySpark / Polars, Databricks / Snowflake, Databases

Experience with S3 / GCS / Azure Blob, multi-source ingestion pipelines

LLMs, LangChain / LlamaIndex, Vector DBs (FAISS / Chroma / Pinecone)

Understanding of finance, accounting logic, or analytical math

AWS / Azure / GCP, Kubernetes, CI / CD, Observability

Good to Have :

🔹 Experience in enterprise SaaS, finance products, BFSI tech

🔹 Knowledge of RAG, multi-agent orchestration, deterministic + probabilistic AI

🔹 Exposure to security, SOC2, VAPT, RBAC, multi-tenant architecture
