Job Title : Training and Development Associate

The Training and Development Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that new employees

are effectively onboarded, trained, and developed to align with organizational goals. This position will work closely with the Training and Development team and the HR Associate to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, focusing on performance management systems

(PMS) and employee growth.​

Key Responsibilities : ​

Training Programs & Delivery :

• ​Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for new joiners.
• ​Conduct assessments to identify training needs and recommend tailored learning interventions.
• ​Ensure that training programs align with performance management objectives and organizational goals.
