Responsibilities :
- Good knowledge of labor laws
- Proficient in English communication and legal drafting (circulars, notices, show cause, warnings, etc.)
- Responsible for statutory compliance and contract labor management
- Oversee administration of security, canteen, office, and company property
- Liaising with government and statutory authorities such as DISH, ALC, PF, ESIC, MIDC, MPCB, Police Department, Mathadi Board, Security Guard Board, and local village / political bodies
- Well-versed in ISO, OHSAS, TPM, and E&T documentation; experienced in facing audits
- Recruitment, training, and development across levels
- Designing and implementing performance management systems as per business requirements
- Handled strikes, workmen settlements, Mathadi agreements, and negotiations with unions and contract labor
- Managed disciplinary processes including domestic enquiries and legal compliance
- Designed and implemented various workmen policies
- POSH grievance handling and internal committee coordination
- Developed long-term strategies for maintaining harmonious industrial relations
- Experienced in wage settlements through collective bargaining
- Skilled in data handling, analysis, and statistics
- Liaison experience with various government and local authorities
- Good command over MS Office tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
