SAP S / 4HANA Functional Lead - R2R

The SAP S / 4HANA Functional Lead – Record to Report (R2R) will be responsible for leading and optimizing finance and accounting processes within the SAP ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, focusing on general ledger, asset accounting, accounts payable / receivable, and financial reporting. The position involves collaborating with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Design & Implementation :
• Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S / 4HANA Record to Report (R2R) solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Business Collaboration :
• Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver SAP S / 4HANA solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Functional Expertise :
• Provide deep functional knowledge of SAP FI / CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (AA).
• Cross-Functional Integration :
• Ensure seamless integration of R2R processes with other SAP S / 4HANA modules such as Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P).
• Leadership & Mentoring :
• Lead and mentor SAP S / 4HANA analysts and consultants within the R2R domain, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Drive process optimization and innovation initiatives using SAP S / 4HANA capabilities and emerging technologies.
• Testing & Change Management :
• Support testing, training, and change management activities for new implementations and system enhancements.
• Issue Resolution :
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S / 4HANA R2R-related issues to maintain system stability and ensure business continuity.
• Innovation & Best Practices :
• Stay current with SAP S / 4HANA updates and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and business efficiency.
