Functional Analyst - SAP S / 4 HANA Module

Job Summary :

We are seeking versatile and experienced SAP S / 4 HANA Functional Analysts to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in at least one of the core business process areas : Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Planning, or Record-to-Report (R2R).

You will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP S / 4 HANA solutions within your area of specialization, working closely with business stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure system effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Configuration : Design, configure, and implement robust solutions within SAP S / 4 HANA, focusing on your specific area of functional expertise (MM, PP, or FI / CO).

Business Process Optimization : Analyze and improve end-to-end business processes, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Project Implementation : Participate in all phases of full lifecycle implementation projects, including blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business users, process owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide training, facilitate workshops, and ensure successful solution adoption.

System Support & Enhancement : Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot complex issues,

perform root cause analysis, and manage system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

Integration Management : Ensure seamless data flow and process integration between your primary module and other connected SAP modules.

Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional designs, configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Analyst.

S / 4 HANA Expertise : Proven experience with SAP S / 4 HANA, including at least one full lifecycle implementation or migration project.

Mandatory Module Expertise (At least ONE of the following) :

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) : Deep configuration and business process knowledge in Materials Management (MM), including purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification.
• Planning : Deep configuration and business process knowledge in Production Planning (PP), including MRP, demand management, capacity planning, and production order execution.
• Record-to-Report (R2R) : Deep configuration and business process knowledge in Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO), including General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and financial closing processes.

Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
