Python Dev Lead with React

About Position :

Technical Architect with expert knowledge in Python (Django, Flask) and React frontend technologies, combined with strong expertise in the Travel and Hospitality industry. The candidate will design and oversee the development of scalable, performant, and user-friendly web applications that address complex business problems in travel. Experience in standards such as OTA, GDS, and NDC is preferred.

What You'll Do :

Architect and lead the development of full-stack web applications using

Python (Django / Flask)

backend and

React

frontend.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python with Django, Flask, and AIOHTTP.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and asynchronous services.Lead integration efforts with external travel systems .

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Implement unit and integration tests; support CI / CD pipelines.

Expertise You'll Bring :

5+ years

experience in software development with strong expertise in

Python , particularly

Django

and

Flask

frameworks.

Proven experience designing and implementing architectures for large-scale web applications.( 10+yrs For Architect)

Strong proficiency in

React.js

for building interactive, high-performance frontends.

Experience integrating third-party APIs .

Strong backend skills : RESTful API design, database modeling (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)

Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience in agile development and DevOps practices.

Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices, event-driven architectures.

Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
