Job Description
- Community Building :
- Build and engage developer communities on Reddit, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers and early adopters
- Content & Organic Growth :
- Drive inbound traffic through SEO-optimized blogs, Reddit threads, and LinkedIn posts
- Launch and manage a content calendar aligned with product updates and community trends
- Lead Generation & Growth Marketing :
- Set up and optimize growth funnels using landing pages, CTAs, and lead magnets
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates and user acquisition
- Experiment with lightweight paid campaigns to amplify organic reach
- Founder Collaboration :
- Work closely with the founders to shape messaging, GTM strategy, and positioning
- Be the voice of the user-gather feedback from the community and feed it into product and growth loops
The Successful Applicant
- Have 2-5 years of experience in early-stage startups , ideally in B2B SaaS or DevTools
- Are hands-on with Reddit, Twitter, and LinkedIn for community-led growth
- Have content creation experience - written posts, created threads, or even memes that got traction
- Have experience with lead generation , growth funnels , and conversion optimization
- Are comfortable working 5 days a week from our Bengaluru office , including Saturdays
- Are deeply curious about DevOps, cloud-native tools, and developer workflows
- Have worked directly with founders or small teams and thrive in ambiguity
