We’re looking for a Pastry Chef (DCDP) who loves the rhythm of the oven, the smell of butter and dough, and the satisfaction of creating something truly beautiful every single day.
You’ll work closely with our Head Chef to execute breads, and pastries that reflect our signature style — rooted in European craft, baked with soul, and served with care.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of pastries, breads with precision and pride.
- Handle daily prep, and uphold top-tier hygiene standards.
- Follow recipes accurately while bringing your own creativity and curiosity to the table.
- Support new product trials and menu development with the pastry team.
- Contribute to creating a warm, collaborative kitchen culture built on passion and consistency.
Who You Are
Passionate about baking — from sourdough loaves to classic cakes and everything in between.Confident in basic pastry and bread techniques, and eager to keep learning.Detail-driven, dependable, and calm in a busy kitchen.Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and festive seasons (we make people happy for a living!)Diploma or certification in pastry arts.Prior experience in a fast-paced bakery or café kitchen.
